ART HOUSE - The Cuddy is a modern furnished abode within a heritage building. Tucked away at the rear of one of Portland's trendiest CBD laneways. You will have the finest cafes, shops and beach on your doorstep. This is metro style unit accommodation with a country beach side town as your backdrop.

The Cuddy has a fully equipped kitchen that includes dishwasher and microwave. It offers laundry facilities within the bathroom space. Sleep soundly after a big day exploring Portland's coastline in the queen size bed. The Cuddy also features a futon style sofa that can be converted into an extra sleeping space for additional guests or the kiddies.

ART HOUSE -The Cuddy is the perfect option to book with the ART HOUSE - Loft or Studio accommodation, with complete separate facilities that are also self-contained. Holiday with family or friends and enjoy comfort and privacy, while still staying within proximity to each other.

*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 2 guests. A guest surcharge of $30 per guest per night above 2 guests applies. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS. Additional third-party booking fees may apply depending on the website you are booking through.



What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond?

No, but a Guest Registration Form (as a link in your pending reservation email) must be completed and returned to our office prior to arrival. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure.

What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?

In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.

What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?

Normal terms and conditions would apply if you decided to cancel the booking.

What happens if the property owner cancels my booking?

Cancellations can occur by owners of properties, and we understand that this can be unsettling, please just be aware properties are individually owned and they may be cancelled due to repairs, modifications or protect the wellbeing of the community.

If the booking is cancelled by us, you would be eligible for a full refund minus the booking fee.
