Nestled in the peaceful and tranquil suburb of Allestree, just a short 10-minute drive from Portland's central business district lies Kay's Place - an ideal destination for those seeking a fishing weekend or a family vacation.

Located on the lower level of a charming A-frame home, Kay's Place offers a private entry and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a tri-bunk.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, filled with natural light, and an open-plan living area for the whole family to enjoy. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, vanity, and separate toilet, as well as full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, making Kay's Place feel just like home.

For those traveling by car, Kay's Place boasts a large garage that can be used as an outdoor dining space during the cooler months, while there is plenty of room available to park a boat. With its charming location and excellent facilities, Kay's Place is sure to make you want to return time and time again.

*Please note that seasonal rates may apply. The nightly rate advertised is based on a two-guest occupancy. If there are more than two guests, a surcharge of $25 per additional guest per night will be added. Additionally, PSHS charges a one-time booking fee of $35 for all reservations. Depending on the booking website, there may be additional third-party fees.

FAQs:

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

To confirm the booking, we kindly request that all adult guests provide a copy of their driver's licenses and submit a booking deposit. Once we receive all the required documents and deposit, the booking will be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.

If the government orders a lockdown during my scheduled travel dates, what will happen to the payments I made for my booking?

If the government imposes a lockdown during your scheduled travel dates, we will provide two options: a full refund (excluding the booking fee) or the opportunity to reschedule your booking. Please note that rescheduling may come with an additional fee. We will discuss these options with you should the need arise.

If I choose to cancel my booking due to concerns about recent COVID19 outbreaks, what would be the outcome?

If you choose to cancel your booking, the standard terms and conditions will be applicable. You can access our terms and conditions by visiting www.portlandseaview.com.au and selecting the 'Rent' tab.

What will occur if the owner decides to cancel my reservation?

We understand that owner cancellations can be unsettling, but please be aware that properties are individually owned and may need to be cancelled due to repairs, modifications, or to protect the well-being of the community.

In the event that we cancel the booking, you will receive a full refund excluding the booking fee.
