The 3bedrooms accommodate up to 7people making it an ideal getaway for the family or fishing trip. A modern fully equipped kitchen,and gas heating in the lounge for those cooler months.

Outside you will find a long driveway and garage to park the car and boat, secure back yard with plenty of room for the kids or dog to run around including an enclosed pet enclosure .

They large garage boasts an undercover area with seating,a gas BBQ, and a fridge to keep the drinks cold.

*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 4 adults . A guest surcharge of $25 per person above the 4 guests. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS. Additional third party booking fees may apply depending on the website you are booking through.

FAQs:

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.

What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?

In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.

What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?

Normal terms and conditions would apply if you decided to cancel the booking.

What happens if the property owner cancels my booking?

Cancellations can occur by owners of properties, and we understand that this can be unsettling, please just be aware properties are individually owned and they may be cancelled due to repairs, modifications or protect the wellbeing of the community.

If the booking is cancelled by us, you would be eligible for a full refund minus the booking fee.

    Very clean well maintained house. Walking distance to shops and foreshore. This house has everything you need only thing for fisherman it doesn’t have a separate freezer for your catch

    Beautiful older style home with spacious rooms and large fully equipped kitchen. Undercover dog run for leaving your pups when going out without them. Location is fantastic, short walk to beach and shops. Highly recommend.

    Great location. Spacious older style property but with up to date facilities. Very clean, but (typical Portland) a lot of Daddy Long Legs to clear out of bathrooms upon arrival. Agent charged my card ahead of date advised on booking site.

    This was a great house to stay in. It has ducted heating through most of the house except the laundry and extra bunkbed room. I was up early most mornings and I used the extra gas heater in the dining area. It was only a kilometre from the start line of the 3 Bays Marathon and a kilometre from the finish line and the festivities. Which was perfect! So it's in a great position for the Portland uprising festival.

    Great location and heaps of room to park a large boat. Access for reversing is also good due to the wide street. Having access to the garage helped to store all our fishing gear at the end of a long fishing day. The inside was very clean and having two bathrooms and toilets was an advantage.
