Port View is perfectly located, overlooking the Lee Breakwater with amazing views of the Port, skyline, ships and fishing boats leaving the port to the wider bay area, and in the distance, you may be lucky enough to see the migration of whales in the winter months. Just a short 5-minute walk down to the foreshore , Nun's beach, or a 2-minute walk from the back fence to Percy St - Portland main St where you will find supermarket, cafes and post office.

The house is built for family living, with a local family of 42 years having resided in the property before becoming a one-of-a-kind holiday experience. Portview has 5 generous bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 people with new beds, mattresses providing the creature comforts of home. It is the ultimate family holiday property with 2 living areas and formal dining area that allows for multi-generational living. The kitchen has been upgraded, perfectly positioned overlooking the Port. Laundry is large and functional . The property has both an en suite to main bedroom and secondary large bathroom. Parking off Market court down a long driveway to a single garage, provides secure parking for at least 5 vehicles. The back yard is fully fenced with lockable driveway , there is a boat gate and parking bay separate to the main driveway, providing for safe parking of your boat as well as equipment. The rear and front yards offer large, grassed areas as the property is in excess of 3,000 sqm, perfect for a hit of cricket, kick of the footy, or a wine on the lawn. There is a blue stone deck area at the front of the property, with amazing views across the Port and Bay, to take in the sea breeze.

Port View will become a very popular family travel destination. It's the perfect base for a most relaxing and comfortable holiday with friends and family.

*Seasonal rates apply. Advertised nightly rate is for 8 guests. A guest surcharge of $25 per guest per night above 8 guests apply. All bookings have a one off $35 booking fee applied by PSHS .

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond?

No, but a Guest Registration Form (as a link in your pending reservation email) must be completed and returned to our office prior to arrival. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure.

What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?

In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.

What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?

Normal terms and conditions would apply if you decided to cancel the booking.

What happens if the property owner cancels my booking?

Cancellations can occur by owners of properties, and we understand that this can be unsettling, please just be aware properties are individually owned and they may be cancelled due to repairs, modifications or protect the wellbeing of the community.

If the booking is cancelled by us, you would be eligible for a full refund minus the booking fee.
