This luxurious residence is meticulously crafted to offer a perfect blend of urban sophistication, ample space, privacy, and a prime location. Situated atop the Portland cliff tops, the ground floor features a generously sized laundry, a third toilet, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The glossy floors, modern cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling windows create an ambiance that seamlessly incorporates stunning ocean views. A sliding glass door leads to a lovely deck that offers breathtaking views of the coastal waters and surrounding landscape.

The residence's upper level can be reached through a stunning timber staircase consisting of three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while another has two single beds. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in robe, and an en suite with a magnificent spa bath under a large, sunlit window that provides unmatched views of Portland, the ocean, and Mount Clay. Additionally, the upper level has a second living area and two more bathrooms. This lavish residence can easily accommodate up to six guests.

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

To confirm the booking, we kindly request that all adult guests provide a copy of their driver's licenses and submit a booking deposit. Once we receive all the required documents and deposit, the booking will be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond? No

If the government orders a lock down during my scheduled travel dates, what will happen to the payments I made for my booking?

If the government imposes a lock down during your scheduled travel dates, we will provide two options: a full refund (excluding the booking fee) or the opportunity to reschedule your booking. Please note that rescheduling may come with an additional fee. We will discuss these options with you should the need arise.

If I choose to cancel my booking due to concerns about recent COVID-19 outbreaks, what would be the outcome?

If you choose to cancel your booking, the standard terms and conditions will be applicable. You can access our terms and conditions by visiting www.portlandseaview.com.au and selecting the 'Rent' tab.

What will occur if the owner decides to cancel my reservation?

We understand that owner cancellations can be unsettling, but please be aware that properties are individually owned and may need to be cancelled due to repairs, modifications, or to protect the community's well-being.

In the event that we cancel the booking, you will receive a full refund excluding the booking fee.

    A very suitable venue for our needs. All was clean a and modern. Well equipped. We would have liked electric blankets on beds especially in Portland winter.
